The maintenance team, though their names elude me, works with a quiet, efficient precision that is almost refreshing. They arrive, they assess, they resolve. No fuss, no excuses, simply professionals doing what they do remarkably well. And Tiana at the management office… truly a pleasure. Quick to respond, unfailingly courteous, and exceptionally competent. yes, but also genuinely kind. She brings a warmth and attentiveness to every interaction that makes the entire experience feel effortless. People like her are uncommon, and you notice the difference immediately. As tenants, my wife and I genuinely enjoy living here. It’s well-run, well-kept, and made all the better by the people who care enough to keep it that way. Consider us impressed.

I lived at these apartments for about two and a half years and had a great experience. Maintenance is proactive, the location is great, and I loved the amenities. Lots of paths for walking and a nearby park make this great for kids and pets. Really spacious units with comfortable finishes. Prompt snow removal in the winter. The fees are expensive, but they were very upfront about them when I toured, and I just considered them part of rent. In my opinion, the fees are worth it for the nice amenities and maintenance.

Loved living here and would've lived here longer. We even considered renewing our lease for another year even though we knew it would be impractical. Our favorite things: - Maintenance was always quick and helpful. - Front desk was always happy to stop and answer any questions - The neighbors were kind - "Reasonable wear and tear" felt reasonable. We never paid for any damage that fell under that umbrella - The only time the front office chastised us was for not calling their emergency line to report our hot water was out. They were upset we didn't ask for more help If you have the chance to live here, do it. It's the best place we've ever lived and we will absolutely miss it now that we're moving out

I have never been more happy at an apartment complex. This place is legit. Although the complex is full, I have no problem parking near the entrance to my apartment, maintenance shows up almost immediately, not that it matters that much because everything g is so well taken care of all the time. Paying rent is a breeze and happens automatically. Management is friendly, professional, and responsive. The grounds are like a big park with wide walkways, well maintained landscaping including a ton of grass, crosswalks in the parking lot, and dog potty disposal bags and trash cans at almost every turn. The layout of my place is a dream and it’s beautiful. I could seriously go on and on. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here for almost 7+ years without a much to complain about except few minor issues of dog owners not picking up. The change of management has bought some nice change to community activity which is a great change. The maintenance here is very responsive and will have issue fixed right away. And if are lucky to get the Mountain View flats, it would be a great add on

Hello everyone! I recently moved in to the Riverwalk Apartments and out of all the apartments I’ve lived in. This one has been the best by far! Tiana, who works in the office was absolutely amazing and super communicative and she always wanted the best for me and my daughter Maintenance is amazingly fast Almost shockingly fast and they are very friendly! The grounds are kept super neat and I feel safe here. The area is amazing as well right close to the freeway a lot of shopping, grocery stores, etc. I highly recommend Riverwalk Apartments and I’m not the type of person that leaves reviews, but I really felt that I had to please see Tiana For excellent Customer service!

Overall Riverwalk was a good place to live , our apartment was just outside the nature reserve and the park so we had a beautiful view. Our only complaints was the noise from upstairs. That’s the loudest apartment I’ve ever been in or lived in. We could hear everything on the bottom floor . It’s the main reason we moved out and didn’t want to stay. Plus the market changing and then us being overcharged for what we had. They were offering the same apartment for cheaper for new residents, which is another reason we moved out.

I have loved living here. These apartments are beautiful. When I moved in Feb. 2023 I was quoted 1349 rent, 125 cable + internet (who needs cable but oh well) and 30 for carport (you are required to get the carport but I would have gotten it anyway). Now as we are discussing renewing my lease my rent for the next year will be 1389, all else the same. Pros: - office staff is super nice and helpful. - I almost never need to talk to the office staff - maintenance comes same day or next day 95% of the time. -apartments hold heat well (a little too well) - lots of natural light in my unit! - washer/dryer are normal sized, and in unit - the people in the community are nice, someone has only parked in my reserved spot twice. Once was when I was moving in (and I believe my unit had sat empty for a while). Cons: - can hear stairs from inside apartment - Holds heat really well, hard to cool down in summer - people use their garages for storage and don’t park in them, and then park their second cars in the guest parking spots, making it essentially impossible to have guests over because there’s no where for them to park. This one bothers me the most. - we are forced to have cable which is $100 a month and I don’t use it; and the internet is mediocre at best. I love living here and am excited to stay here another year. Realistically it’s probably a 4.25 stars.

Great apartment and I liked living here a lot. There’s just a lot of bugs in the summer that come in and like to settle down in the apartment. I tried spraying everywhere but still would have spiders, pincher & june bug come in. Probably killed a spider everyday. Beware in the summer living on the first floor! All the other months were great! Besides this, living here has been great and I’ve had no other problems. Maintenance is quick to come out and fix any problems. You can’t hear neighbors because the walls are not thin which was great. I recommend living here!

Riverwalk apartments are not just beautiful but if you’re lucky enough to have Paige W. as your leasing agent, you’re going to be in good hands. I can be quite difficult to work with but Paige has jumped through hoops for me like no other. She was so kind and so great to work with, she did everything she could to meet my needs and worked over the top to get me an apartment. I haven’t moved in yet but I certainly trust I’m going to be happy there. And it’s very comforting to know that if any problems come up I can go to Paige. She truly is amazing. I can’t say enough nice things about Paige. If you’re going to do a tour of Riverwalk. Definitely ask for Paige. She’ll take care of you. And also, the apartments are just beautiful. Just a follow up on my previous review, Paige is still working her magic. I’ve lived here almost a year and nothing has gone wrong. I had one maintenance request and it’s nothing big, everything still works. But Paige has made it clear that’s she’s sorting it out. And she’s not a mechanic or a specialist but she is a professional when it comes to solving a problem and the maintenance team is remarkable. They show up and do their best and take the necessary steps to fix it all. It’s quite impressive. I've been spoiled. I’d recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a place to move to, the location is great and it’s beautiful. And Paige won’t only help you find a home here. She’ll make sure you’re always taken care of.

The property Is very well maintained. One of the best things is that the Jacuzzi is open year round. Everything’s always clean. The management staff is very friendly. Since we moved here a couple years ago, we’ve work with Yulia, in the office, she has been great in taking our maintenance calls, listening to our concerns and answering all questions. Our previous residence in Murray. You would have to call maintenance multiple times to get them to come by. Even to fix a major issue The office staff there would change every few months. We were always dealing with different people. The maintenance staff was always irritable and treated every call like we did something wrong. Our experience at Riverwalk has been nothing but pleasant you get a clean and quiet area to live and are treated with professionality and respect

This apt complex has really come through to help us resolve some recent issues and we are super grateful for everything they did!! The front desk is always attentive to issues and maintenance is always quick to fix what needs to be done, and they are kind people. As for my overall experience, I really have loved living here for over 2 years. I love the bright large windows that bring in a lot of light, especially working from home, I spend a lot of time here and having a place that feels cozy is nice. This is a great, safe place to live right next to a large park and Jordan River trail.

So far so good. I just moved in a few days ago. Yuliya and Cesilia have been so nice! Our fireplace needed a quick fix and they came up less than an hour of telling them and fixed it. Coy and Jessie were great as well! This apartment is so spacious the master bedroom and living room are huge compared to some apartments I’ve toured. My wife and I lived here for three years and loved it! We wouldn't be moving out if we hadn't been lucky enough to buy a house. The amenities are great, the location is terrific (almost center of the valley), the grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the units have nice finishes and great layouts. The only reason for my four stars instead of five is because, once Alicia and Brooke left, the office staff have not been very friendly and very much lack in customer service.

I loved living here. Maintenance was always quick to fix things. For the most part is was very quiet and peaceful. I also loved having a garage for the extra storage space. About a month before my move out, the tenants below me changed. Unfortunately the new people smoke a lot and it changed the dynamics of my building.

She was tremendously patient with us throughout the entire application process, explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond our expectations to assist us with getting into a unit that would work for our family. The application process to getting the keys was a very easy process. The staff is very friendly. It would have been a 5 star but the directions for setting up dish network is wrong. I understand that Riverwalk doesn’t want anything to do with setting it up, but if residents pay them for the service, please coordinate with dish. It was an awful experience. Plus they were honest in that residents are being overcharged for the service. On top of that we have to purchase our own modem.

So far so good - we moved here last month and the team has been helpful. When we arrived after office hours, they coordinated with us to get us our keys on our move in day. They even turned on the heat and made sure it was clean on arrival. The unit we rent is very nice. Newly renovated and I like the large doors, plenty of windows, attached garage and high ceilings. Parking hasn’t been an issue for us as we use the garage +1 driveway spot. They keep the hot tub running all winter, and the gym is adequate. It’s in a convenient location in terms of stores and highway access. My only real criticism is the amount of dog waste and litter that is on the grounds - I realize this is an issue caused by the tenants but hope there can be some kind of solution or incentive to reduce the incidence of this.

Beyond amazing! Yulia is the best! They really went above and beyond (really, so so much!!) to make my apartment extra nice before move in and it was all very easy! The complex itself is beautiful. It's lit in a such a way that it feels like I'm driving into such a cozy little area when I get home at night. My place feels more like a tiny, lovely house than an apartment! Location is great, everyone I've seen so far has been friendly and said hello, it's just been a great experience all around! If you are looking for a one bedroom but are having a hard time finding one with a lot of space, this place is for you! (it also has a ton of windows and light!) I went to A LOT of locations around the slc area before stumbling upon this gem! It feels safe, has good parking and is very close to a lot of business. I applied immediately after walking through the model, it just felt like home. It's a bit pricey, but so is everything, so splurge a bit! It's worth it!

The office ladies are absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed living here! the only downside was the lack of parking spots. The amazing management and staff at Riverwalk. I have lived at Riverwalk Luxury Apartment Homes for nearly a year now. Lets just say I haven't been the best or easiest Lessee to deal with. My experiences with the manager Brooke Gylling. And her "right hand man" Alicia Coats. They have been great. These two ladies are extremely professional, kind and customer service oriented. You would be hard pressed to find another duo in the apartment home leasing industry that rise to their high level. Moreover, I had several issues (I caused ) that needed the maintenance departments attention. The maintenance crew here at Riverwalk Luxury Apartments were prompt, knowledgeable and actually cared about my needs. One of the team members even stayed late on a holiday weekend to unclog my sink. Unfortunately, life is calling me in another direction. I am moving on from this wonderful community. If you make the decision to have Riverwalk Luxury Apartments be your home. You'll be glad you did!

I moved in on December 31 2019, and they are very nice to the disabled and very accommodating, Alicia and Brooke are the best, but we cant forget the maintenance crew they were very quick to help you and they were very quick to respond, and they always talk to you like your real people, I would do anything to move back there again, I’m not the one that chose to leave. I love living here! When I moved to SLC for work I was shocked at the rental market and how little you get for your money in most places. It also seemed most places had lots of hidden fees. When I finally came to tour Riverwalk I was very impressed! Alicia and Brooke are both fantastic property managers that genuinely care about doing a good job and making sure things get handled quickly. They also gave me a great tour of the facilities and made my move in process incredible easy and very quick! Tony and Andrew from maintenance both do a great job too. Everything was in good order to begin with but the few small odds and ends I needed got handled immediately and with immaculate detail. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and the other residents are very friendly, this feels much more like a residential neighborhood than an apartment complex typically ever does. The location is great too, lots of restaurants, TopGolf, easy access onto I-15 and I-215, as well as some other main roads etc. Pretty much everything in town is less than 25 minutes by car. To top it all off the prices are incredibly fair in this market and I would argue that with the top notch service you get, it's probably the best deal around!

I have lived at Riverwalk since July, 2019. My experience since living here has been very pleasant. The apartments are very nice, the location is central, and the view are outstanding. I, generally, hold my reviews to make sure great service is sustained and not just a pleasantry as you come through the door of a complex. I can say, with no reservations, that this place is awesome! Consider that I went through my application, lease and move-in during the ’rona pandemic and you’ll understand that they definitely have their stuff together here. The staff and they’re attitude towards their residents makes all the difference. Alicia is a saint and was there to answer my million questions and concerns from the first day. To keep this brief, we ran into a small problem with an appliance at move-in and the response was overwhelming (appliances replaced, clean up done, customer happy...). The maintenance team is the best - it’s great to live somewhere that you’re happy to see the crew!!! It’s been a true pleasure living here and we’re looking forward to a long future.

I have lived here for the past 5 or so years now and it has been a great experience. It is in a great location in the valley, the unit is just spacious enough and I love that it had a garage. The ladies in the office have always been very professional and helpful for anything I have needed. I haven’t ever had any major issues while living here, I would, and have recommended this place to others. Sad to be leaving, but I finally purchased a home. My wife and I love Riverwalk. The office and maintenance staff are so easy to work with and so understanding. Last week I had to drop my car off in the shop and leave it for a few days. I put the key to our apartment in my wallet for safe keeping . Once my car was done the dealership called me an Uber. My wallet fell out in th Uber. Since it was ordered from the dealership I had no way of contacting the driver to get my wallet back. I took the day off of work to try and get the issue resolved. Neither the dealership, Uber, DMV or police department could do anything to help me. All my information and house key was in my wallet so we didn't exactly feel comfortable knowing someone essentially had access to our apartment. My wife went to the office less than an hour before they closed and explained the situation. Our apartment was re-keyed and we had new keys in less than an hour. Amazing staff. We love Riverwalk.

Great location but parking is limited, clubhouse has limited availability making it a non benefit. Outdoor grill did not function well entire year of 2018. The apartment was very nice and spacious and my neighbors were polite and conscientious. Grass areas are constantly over watered.

Even when I came in with a measuring tape to check size of apartment for our furniture and picked apart all the details of the place, they were very accommodating and patient with us :) Since we moved in, we've had zero problems and really like the community. It feels high class and safe. Payment process is also really convenient and nicely handled. Definitely recommending this place to anyone if the moving in and the first month are any indication of how it will keep going while we're here. Adding Comment now that we've lived here for almost 9 months... Still an awesome place to be. We are moving into another apartment in a few weeks (bigger since we have a baby now) and the process to get that done was really painless. The office team was really helpful throughout and always looking for ways to improve on our already good relationship/experience with them. We have loved our current apartment, everything still applying I said previously, and we look forward to the next one we'll be in :)

Just moved here and I love it. They gave us a sheet to inspect our own apartment to see if we had any damages or concerns. I work in construction so I understand and have seen how fast apartments are built. Subcontractors usually throw this kind of stuff together because the superintendents are super laid back so the painting or cabinets are all crappy or loose and stuff. It looks like they've made clean repairs to make up for that. Great place. The rent hurts but they provide a lot of features to give reason behind the price. The lease is like 56 pages but thats typical, READ THROUGH IT. its worth your time. Just installed new flooring. These apartments have been up for like 8 years. The park down the road is freaking legit, next to winco and has fast foods joints. Close to the freeway and cheap gas nearby.

I have lived at Riverwalk for 2 years and i have loved it. The apartments are clean and updated, it makes you feel right at home. The management and maintenance has stayed the same since i moved here and they are all awesome. I havent had any maintenance requests since living here, but maintenance does an awesome job at keeping the grounds looking beautiful and well maintained. Sanela and brooke are very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. The prices may look high, but essentially you get what you pay for. The location is awesome, right next to the freeway and walking distance from the trax station, grocery shopping and topgolf. Being on the second floor, i was worried about being able to hear my upstairs neighbors, but i have never been disturbed by anyone. If you're looking for a safe, luxurious place, this place gets 5 stars. Overall, i'm really happy with my decision to live here.

You can get anywhere in Salt Lake County in under 20 min. and there are lots of restaurants and a nice park in walking distance. I love living at Riverwalk. My apartment is spacious with and incredible kitchen and was beautifully cleaned when I moved in. Even the breezeways are clean and free of debris and trash. The snow removal has been timely, and I like having the team on site. Everyone is very nice in the office and I have had no problems since moving in. I'm so glad I chose to move here!

Have lived here for about a month now. These guys were super friendly throughout the whole (very simple and straightforward) process of getting ready to move and since then. Even when I came in with a measuring tape to check size of apartment for our furniture and picked apart all the details of the place, they were very accommodating and patient with us :) Since we moved in, we've had zero problems and really like the community. It feels high class and safe. Payment process is also really convenient and nicely handled. Definitely recommending this place to anyone if the moving in and the first month are any indication of how it will keep going while we're here.

I recently sold my home and moved in to Riverwalk. I was nervous to transition into apartment living after having lived in a house for nearly 10 years, but Brooke and Jared made it easy! They found me the perfect location and apartment for me and my pup. I've really loved living at Riverwalk and would recommend it to anyone looking for upscale apartment living. Can't beat having attached garages, gorgeous views, great walking/running paths, and friendly management. :)

This place is excellent and I highly recommend. I have lived here much longer than I originally anticipated because it is clean and well maintained. Only needed maintenance a couple times as everything is in great condition. When needed they have been very prompt. Living at Riverwalk has been an absolutely fantastic experience. The place has a really nice charm to it and everything is maintained regularly. All of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They recently renovated the park next to it so it is the ideal place to live if you have dogs. The apartments are all pretty new and have a nice layout. Bang for your buck, totally recommend!

I lived here probably a year ago and I loved it!! Maybe a little expensive, but so worth it. We had a 3 bed two bath and garage. Super nice area and awesome amenities granted didn't use them as much as I could've, but still loved it. Brooke and Jared are amazing to work and deal with. Anytime I had issues they were always so quick to fix anything. If i wasn't trying to save money I would definitely move back in a heart beat.

Based on our HVAC services to various apartments at Riverwalk Luxury Apartments, Sammy’s Heating and Air would like to share with you our professional opinion about this property and what our impression has been from comments from residents. We feel very safe here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. There are granite counter tops and lots of big windows with shutters. There is an attractive pavilion and playgrounds throughout the complex. The landscape is great. They even have a little pond in the back that has geese and ducks. It's close to the interstate (but not too close) with anything a resident might need nearby. The buildings are beautiful two-toned apartments. Brooke and her staff are great to work with--always helpful and super nice to talk to. The maintenance staff are the best! They also take great care of the residents here. It’s evident that it's important to them as it should be. We noticed that they do make a point to keep doggie stations with bags on every path. They have a nice looking gym, too. The swimming pool is always clean. It's a quiet neighborhood. If you're looking for a great place. This is it!

I love our apartment. We're in the 1br/1ba with vaulted ceilings. It's just my husband and I, and there's enough space in all the places that matter to us. The shower/tub is huge, the walk in closet is big, the kitchen is the perfect size. All the appliances are great and work well. Management is really helpful, we've been having problems with our Dish box and they're very willing to help get it resolved. My only gripe would be that there isn't very much storage. It would be nice to have a closet on the patio or any sort of storage spot, but we've made it work anyway. We plan on being here for a while!

The bedrooms as well as the closets are very large the kitchen has plenty of counter space and is very open. I loved this property I would defiantly move back. You wont regret moving in Brooke the Property Manager is absolutely AMAZING!

We have lived at Riverwalk (in a 2 bed, 2 bath) for 6 months now. I feel confident in giving them a 4-star review. We have tons of storage, a floorplan we love, and great bathrooms. The grounds are the best maintained that I have had in numerous rentals. I use the fitness center regularly (usually about 5 times a week); it is clean and I have never walked out because the machines were full. The mandatory TV/internet/phone (who uses a landline?) package is not good. No way around that. However, my husband and I pay about $37/month additional directly to Dish, and we have HDTV in two rooms, one DVR, and better internet speed for it. While this makes the tech package far too expensive for what it is, it is definitely worth it to us. It’s an option I don’t think many tenants know about/take advantage of. My two biggest drawbacks (and reason to give Riverwalk 4 stars rather than 5) are this: the office staff is pleasant enough, but definitely not above-and-beyond in their interactions. They are knowledgeable and friendly enough, but sometimes lacking in their service. An example: In the fine print of our lease it states that rent is due by 5pm on the third of three days it can be paid, even though the office closes at 6pm. Although we read our entire lease when we signed, this did not stand out to us, and one month we were abruptly told when we walked in at 4:58 with a hefty check in hand that we “have two minutes to pay or else face a $100 late fee”— in a pretty smug tone. I wouldn’t even have a problem with this if there were a drop box, but there is not. With two full-time office jobs, our schedules don’t make it easy to pay at the leasing office by 5pm. Seemed a bit harsh to us, and not delivered in a great way. My second complaint is not with the staff or apartments themselves, it’s with the tenants: I feel that a lot of people (both here and other places we have lived) have a poor mentality about renting, and treat their rental extremely poorly. Take some pride in where you live and don’t be a slob—pick up after your dog, don’t leave crap out on your balcony, don’t litter, don’t speed. I think, in general, that whether you pay $600 a month or $1600, you should act like a civilized person and not treat the grounds like your dumpster. I don’t blame the staff for not picking up cigarette butts or dog droppings within hours of them being there—I blame the residents for acting like the world is their trash can.

Granite counter tops, 9 foot ceilings, HUGE bathtub (that I miss dearly, being 6’6” it’s hard to find a tub I can sit in comfortably) close to trax and freeways but not too close for noise to be a problem. Grocery’s, restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. I’m not going to lie, the place is not cheap. But here you truly do get what you pay for. If you are thinking about moving here, my advice to you is DO IT! DO IT NOW!

I have lived here for 9 months and i love this neighborhood. I don't know if we just got lucky or if everyone has this experience, but we absolutely love our neighbors. No problems from any of them. The office staff is terrific - Brooke and Ashley - and i will often go into the office after work just to grab a cookie and chat for a second. The maintenance supervisor is terrific (thanks Jared!). Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and the grounds are kept very clean and nice. There are 6 month apartment upkeep visits (changing filters and making sure everything is in order) which help to keep the property, as a whole, maintained and up to date. Parking is not a problem. The Jordan River trail is very close and we use it a lot and love it! There is a large soccer/football field that borders the property and many newer places to shop. It is close to the I-15/I-215 interchange. I would recommend these apartments without reserve!

I have lived at Riverwalk for about 7 months, and would re-sign a lease tomorrow if I could. The management office (Brooke and Ashley) are wonderful and always so nice, and Jared who is head of maintenance is great too and always friendly. I love all the natural light of the apartments, and the attached garages, and having a washer/dryer in the units is so great after having to use a laundromat for 8 years prior to moving here. The location is great, and convenient to so much shopping and the freeway. My only complaint is other tenants who don't pick up after their dogs, and leave the dumpster area a mess. More people need to take pride in where they live. I would recommend Riverwalk to anyone. I love living here.

We have lived in a few apartments in the Salt Lake valley and none of them have lived up to what Riverwalk Apartments offer. They are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for like very spacious apartments, garages, views, amenities and a well taken care of grounds. Having the open concept helps make the apartment livable and not feeling cramped or living in a cave. There are large windows in the bedrooms and living room to let a lot of natural light in. The bathrooms are large and more than one person can fit comfortably in them. Having a washer and dryer in each unit helps save on time and money for doing laundry. We are able to store our stuff in the garage so we do not have to go rent a storage unit. Another expense saved. Parking can be troublesome for visitors but our friends and family know what to expect and know where there is open parking. We have a view out our apartment of the river and can see the wildlife living back there. Watching the ducks, geese, cranes and pelicans is so calming. There are playgrounds and a basketball court for everyone to use. The pool and clubhouse are well maintained and open for use of all kinds. By the pool is a community bbq that is used quite often for get togethers and parties. The people who live here are very friendly and easy to get to know. The management and maintenance staff are there to help with any situations. They make you feel important and help to resolve any issues promptly. It is the closest thing to living in a regular home and very relaxing.

We have lived in a few apartments in the Salt Lake valley and none of them have lived up to what Riverwalk Apartments offer. They are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for like very spacious apartments, garages, views, amenities and a well taken care of grounds. Having the open concept helps make the apartment livable and not feeling cramped or living in a cave. There are large windows in the bedrooms and living room to let a lot of natural light in. The bathrooms are large and more than one person can fit comfortably in them. Having a washer and dryer in each unit helps save on time and money for doing laundry. We are able to store our stuff in the garage so we do not have to go rent a storage unit. Another expense saved. Parking can be troublesome for visitors but our friends and family know what to expect and know where there is open parking. We have a view out our apartment of the river and can see the wildlife living back there. Watching the ducks, geese, cranes and pelicans is so calming. There are playgrounds and a basketball court for everyone to use. The pool and clubhouse are well maintained and open for use of all kinds. By the pool is a community bbq that is used quite often for get togethers and parties. The people who live here are very friendly and easy to get to know. I really like Riverwalk Apartments. The apartments are really nice and well kept. The grounds look nice and are clean. The staff is great and helpful with anything you need. When my friends and family really like them when they come to visit. The cost is more than I would prefer to spend on housing. I've lived there for 2 years and thoroughly enjoy it.

We have lived in Riverwalk with our young son for two years. THERE IS NO PLACE WE WOULD RATHER BE. It's close to the interstate (but not to close) with anything you need surrounding you. The buildings speak for themselves. They're are beautiful two-toned apartments designed by a gentlemen who knew what he was doing. They're great space is what sold us. We moved into a 1007 square foot two bedroom two bath in February of 2011. Basically what it comes down to is, you pay for what you get or want, in this case. We knew it was a little pricey but like I said, EXACTLY what you pay for. I know it sounds over the top and a little dreamy but it was and IS. Office Management always takes care of you whenever, however. People always say 'well the management was this or that..' to be honest you screw up, it's on you and you can't complain about employees doing their job. I always found that ridiculous. The few gentlemen that they call maintenance here are the best! I had a leaky faucet they replaced it within the next few days. The WHOLE faucet. Once again, GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. They take care of you here, it's important to them. As it should be. Now, getting down to business. We don't have a dog but they do make a point to keep doggie stations with bags on every path. People unfortunately don't pick up which they will charge you for. Even then they have someone come clean up after you. Landscape is great, great gym; spin bike.. etc. Pool is kinda small for how many apartments but they keep it clean. The tenants are hardworking and take care of their homes. In every apartment you'll hear your neighbors, but how much? It's pretty basic, you hear them but it's mostly depends on their activity. It's a quiet neighborhood. the apartment itself is big, great design, any neighbor will tell you that. the garage is nice, washer ans dryer, PERFECT kitchen and PERFECT living room, Huge is the word, granite counter tops throughout, lots of big windows with shutters (not blinds). Bedrooms are a great size. I will say our master bedroom closet could be bigger but the giant tub makes up for that. Internet is pretty fast (Download speed is 18 mbps and Upload is 5 mbps). They have a contract with dish which is basic but good. There is a park where we had our son's second birthday party. Pavilion and playgrounds throughout the complex. They have a little pond in the back that has geese and ducks it's nothing gorgeous, just nature. If you're looking for a great place. This is it. If you can afford it, do it. It's worth it to come home to a beautiful space. I am a homemaker (why I have the time to write this ; ) and I love that friends and family feel nothing but at home here.
