The leasing office was amazing from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful and patient, especially when I had what felt like a million questions. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. Move-in was one of the smoothest experiences Iâve ever had. On move-in day, all I had to do was pick up my keysâeverything else was ready to go. The apartment was exceptionally clean, honestly one of the cleanest Iâve ever moved into. There was no damage, no paint splatters, and everything was in great condition. Iâm truly impressed with both the cleanliness of the apartment and the outstanding service from the front office staff.

Riverwalk is an amazing place to live! The move in experience I had was hands down the best ever, and Iâve lived in several apartments/rental homes. The folks that work there are all incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely care. The property is so well kept, landscaped beautifully, the amenities are awesome, and itâs right next to Jordan River Park! Oh! Also pet friendly ð Love being here ð©·

Thereâs a certain rare comfort in residing somewhere where people actually care about the place they manage. The maintenance team, though their names elude me, works with a quiet, efficient precision that is almost refreshing. They arrive, they assess, they resolve. No fuss, no excuses, simply professionals doing what they do remarkably well. And Tiana at the management officeâ¦ truly a pleasure. Quick to respond, unfailingly courteous, and exceptionally competent. yes, but also genuinely kind. She brings a warmth and attentiveness to every interaction that makes the entire experience feel effortless. People like her are uncommon, and you notice the difference immediately. As tenants, my wife and I genuinely enjoy living here. Itâs well-run, well-kept, and made all the better by the people who care enough to keep it that way. Consider us impressed.

I lived at these apartments for about two and a half years and had a great experience. Maintenance is proactive, the location is great, and I loved the amenities. Lots of paths for walking and a nearby park make this great for kids and pets. Really spacious units with comfortable finishes. Prompt snow removal in the winter. The fees are expensive, but they were very upfront about them when I toured, and I just considered them part of rent. In my opinion, the fees are worth it for the nice amenities and maintenance.
