We loved living here with our toddler and dog. The management team is very kind and the maintenance workers are incredible! If we had any trouble, they would come help right away!

Mostly good experience, but also a property that does not provide the value for which you pay. Bear in mind that the rent you see online does not include the extra fees and expenses that add up to an additional 30%+ of the base rent they advertise. Also parking is an absolute nightmare, but the leasing office nor property management company will not do anything about it. AMC is your typical greedy landlord that should be avoided if possible. Try to find a private landlord to rent from, but if not, this place is not a horrible option.

Have loved living here! Easy to work with in the office, maintenance responds quickly and helps with everything. No noise from neighbors and great area for food, entertainment, and recreation.

Loved living here and would've lived here longer. We even considered renewing our lease for another year even though we knew it would be impractical. Our favorite things: - Maintenance was always quick and helpful. - Front desk was always happy to stop and answer any questions - The neighbors were kind - "Reasonable wear and tear" felt reasonable. We never paid for any damage that fell under that umbrella - The only time the front office chastised us was for not calling their emergency line to report our hot water was out. They were upset we didn't ask for more help If you have the chance to live here, do it. It's the best place we've ever lived and we will absolutely miss it now that we're moving out

I have never been more happy at an apartment complex. This place is legit. Although the complex seems full, I have no problem parking near the entrance to my apartment and maintenance shows up almost immediately (not that it matters that much because everything is so well taken care of all the time). Paying rent is a breeze and happens automatically. Management is friendly, professional, and responsive. The grounds are like a big park with wide walkways, well maintained landscaping including a ton of grass, crosswalks in the parking lot, and dog potty disposal bags and trash cans at almost every turn. The layout of my place is a dream and it’s beautiful. I moved into a 2 BR, but I think there are two different layouts. I could seriously go on and on. I highly recommend this place to anyone. * Quick note: the measurements in the photos are not exact, they are estimates I created using Riverwalk’s online tool inside their virtual tours page. However, I did end up comparing them to actual measurements in the apartment and they are all within 2-10 inches of being accurate.
