Had my dryer checked. The auto dry is still not working. It takes 2-3 cycle to dry and it make a noisy sound. My washer cannot take fabric softener. Please let me know your schedule.

Occasionally they wonât answer their phones, but maintenance has been helpful with any requests. A bit expensive but worth the cost!

We have lived here for a year and just resigned with Riverwalk. We love the location and the apartments themselves. The office and maintenance teams are prompt and responsive, though their answers to some questions are simply "That's how it is, we can't change it" The only reason for the low review is how often they run the sprinklers on the property. Half of the grounds are soaked and muddy 24/7 that you can't walk on them. They run all hours of the day, even with Utah in a drought and during the midday sun. Expect your common area maintenance fee to be through the roof so they can maintain their green aesthetic..
