Been here a month and no complaints. Its a quiet enough, working class neighborhood that is respectful. Well maintained grounds and buildings. Staff is beyond helpful, yuliya really sold it for me and has continued to be so helpful and friendly.

I loved living here. Maintenance was always quick to fix things. For the most part is was very quiet and peaceful. I also loved having a garage for the extra storage space. About a month before my move out, the tenants below me changed. Unfortunately the new people smoke a lot and it changed the dynamics of my building.

Yuliya has been outstanding to work with- I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was tremendously patient with us throughout the entire application process, explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond our expectations to assist us with getting into a unit that would work for our family. We have yet to move in, and will update with our experience as time goes on, but so far it has been a pleasure to tour the community and plan our move and that is all thanks to Yuliya. We can't wait to move in!

I just moved in last weekend, so I can't say how it will be living here, but so far it's been a great experience. Yulia was amazing with the entire onboarding process, and with having everything arranged for me to pick up to move in. She has been so helpful and has helped me feel at home. The apartment and location is amazing.
