The staff there is so moody, rude and so pushy. It felt like they were always talking down to us!

The apartments were super nice and the staff was amazing. They were very flexible with our move out date when we didn’t quite make the 60 day notice in time. The only real complaint i had was parking. It was hard to find parking sometimes, especially coming back at night.

The office ladies are absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed living here! the only downside was the lack of parking spots. But the amenities were great, the complex was always clean, they were really nice apartments (especially on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings). the gym is updated and really clean, the pool and hot tub was kept clean and overall I enjoyed living here! Thanks guys <3 Quin

The amazing management and staff at Riverwalk. I have lived at Riverwalk Luxury Apartment Homes for nearly a year now. Lets just say I haven't been the best or easiest Lessee to deal with. My experiences with the manager Brooke Gylling. And her "right hand man" Alicia Coats. They have been great. These two ladies are extremely professional, kind and customer service oriented. You would be hard pressed to find another duo in the apartment home leasing industry that rise to their high level. Moreover, I had several issues (I caused ) that needed the maintenance departments attention. The maintenance crew here at Riverwalk Luxury Apartments were prompt, knowledgeable and actually cared about my needs. One of the team members even stayed late on a holiday weekend to unclog my sink. Unfortunately, life is calling me in another direction. I am moving on from this wonderful community. If you make the decision to have Riverwalk Luxury Apartments be your home. You'll be glad you did!

Fast and efficient maintenance requests full filled:) Jess was very professional Ana kind and knowledgeable Maintenance calls were very efficient and friendly. The apartments and grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed the 41/2 years living in my 1 bedroom luxury apt.

This was a great place to live. The apartments are clean and management is great to work with. Location is right off the freeway for easy on and off access with fun restaurants to enjoy. You’re close to lots of shopping locations and have a huge park with a trail to run, bike, walk and play basketball or any field games right behind the apartments. Super pretty location!
