The place is great, very poor management! They will rip you off to the max making excuses finding ways to not give deposit back.

Great apartment with lots of upgrades. Maintenance personnel were great to work with when needed. Brooke and Alisha in the front office were Amazing.

Great staff and apartment. Did everything remote prior to relocating here. Missed or didn't get information on media package until late in process and the value of it is poor. Not a DISH network fan but you have no choice but to pay for it. * Have an upload cap on included internet service so if you work from home may be an issue. Shy of that, everything is great.

My Riverwalk experience was very mixed. When I initially moved in I was very happy with the unit. I lived on a second floor unit and in my second fall/winter living there I caught 7 mice in my one bedroom unit. I was a very clean tenant and did not leave anything out that would attract rodents. I notified the management several times and got very little assistance from them and the maintenance team. I purchased and placed all the traps that had the most success. The unit price was continually raised every year and was extremely excessive for the space that I was living in. It ended up feeling very non economical to be paying rent when I could be building equity in a home for less money. The community utility prices are also very high. After leaving the community and moving into a home, I was aware of how excessive the utilities really are. In my final summer living there, the AC unit went out. It took three calls to the maintenance team and them telling me there was nothing wrong for them to call the AC company who ended up having to replace several components of the unit. When moving out, I requested a list of required cleaning. That list was not provided and I was subsequently charged for cleaning a month after I had left the community.

I love living here! When I moved to SLC for work I was shocked at the rental market and how little you get for your money in most places. It also seemed most places had lots of hidden fees. When I finally came to tour Riverwalk I was very impressed! Alicia and Brooke are both fantastic property managers that genuinely care about doing a good job and making sure things get handled quickly. They also gave me a great tour of the facilities and made my move in process incredible easy and very quick! Tony and Andrew from maintenance both do a great job too. Everything was in good order to begin with but the few small odds and ends I needed got handled immediately and with immaculate detail. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and the other residents are very friendly, this feels much more like a residential neighborhood than an apartment complex typically ever does. The location is great too, lots of restaurants, TopGolf, easy access onto I-15 and I-215, as well as some other main roads etc. Pretty much everything in town is less than 25 minutes by car. To top it all off the prices are incredibly fair in this market and I would argue that with the top notch service you get, it's probably the best deal around!
