Friendly and responsive staff! Apartment was well kept prior to our move in and the complex was always well taken care of and clean! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I enjoyed living at Riverwalk. They were always very attentive when it came to maintenance repairs. The facilities were always kept up and it's a great location.

I just moved into my apartment today. I felt like the application and lease setup process was fairly clear and organized. The selection of apartments that I toured were all remarkably clean, modern and quite warm and inviting. The office staff all seem very helpful and patient with my questions and come across very genuine. As mentioned, I just moved in but if my experience remains like what I’ve experienced so far then I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Lastly, the location is just ideal, the fees are slightly better than what I’ve seen at comparable apartments and the gym and pool are spot on. The grounds appear clean and well maintained. Worth a tour for sure!

Moving in did not go as smooth as I had hoped but in the end they got everything worked out. So I gave the 4 stars because they made everything right. I really like the apartment and neighborhood and I am looking forward to living in Utah.
