I LOVED living at Riverwalk Apartments. Such a cute, quiet community. Didn’t feel like an apartment environment, but more of a homey feel. Maintenance always acted very quickly whenever called for any problems. Brooke, the property manager, is so sweet & made the move in process very easy for us by being so communicative. Perfect location, right next to the freeway entrance & close to many grocery stores & food. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place in this area.

Not only is it more quiet than I expected it to be, itâ€™s well kept and managed properly. I canâ€™t say enough about the attentiveness and kind manor of the staff. I look forward to my visits to the office to see the manager, Alicia, about any questions or concerns I have because they are all promptly addressed, and because sheâ€™s really nice! I look forward to the rest of my time here.

As a guest, I ALWAYS have to park so far away. The parking here is inconvenient and unsafe. I have to walk so far by myself in the early morning/late night.

I have lived at Riverwalk since July, 2019. My experience since living here has been very pleasant. The apartments are very nice, the location is central, and the view are outstanding. The staff at the front office are always very friendly, and accommodating. The maintenance crew is solid as well, and the property is well maintained throughout the year. I would recommend Riverwalk to anyone that is currently seeking a new place to live.
