Riverwalk is a great place to live. The grounds are always kept clean, the staff is amazing and very welcoming and the internet is really fast!

I lived here about a year and a half ago for a short time. The front desk people gave out personal information to someone I had a protective order on and he came into my apartment. When.he found me a gave notice to the apartment complex and paid my notice period. Before I could full move out the person again came into my apartment and put me in the hospital for 2 weeks. The complex continues to send me to collections even though I paid the agreed terms to break my lease. I have to keep digging up the hospital note and xrays, bank statements, and emails to the management showing I did everything right. Even still a year and half later again I am going through collections. This company violated my privacy and continues to ruin my credit and life.

My wife and I love Riverwalk. The office and maintenance staff are so easy to work with and so understanding. Last week I had to drop my car off in the shop and leave it for a few days. I put the key to our apartment in my wallet for safe keeping . Once my car was done the dealership called me an Uber. My wallet fell out in th Uber. Since it was ordered from the dealership I had no way of contacting the driver to get my wallet back. I took the day off of work to try and get the issue resolved. Neither the dealership, Uber, DMV or police department could do anything to help me. All my information and house key was in my wallet so we didn't exactly feel comfortable knowing someone essentially had access to our apartment. My wife went to the office less than an hour before they closed and explained the situation. Our apartment was re-keyed and we had new keys in less than an hour. Amazing staff. We love Riverwalk.
