It is a common occurrence for the landscaping crew to show up between 4 and 6 am to drive around the neighborhood on machines. Waking up at 4am on work days and weekends to machinery is infuriating. Terrible experience. Especially knowing I am paying for this service and management applies no time constraints in favor of residents. This happens regularly. This morning at 4:30am, one guy walked around with a spreader using ice melt, which is useful. Another rode around on a four wheeler taking pictures. Why couldn't he walk? He kept revving the four wheeler as if he wanted to wake people up. Or at least didn't care. They did this on Christmas Eve morning and Christmas Day btw. This also happens to be against city noise ordinance.

Nice apartments in a good location

I have loved living here. These apartments are beautiful. When I moved in Feb. 2023 I was quoted 1349 rent, 125 cable + internet (who needs cable but oh well) and 30 for carport (you are required to get the carport but I would have gotten it anyway). Now as we are discussing renewing my lease my rent for the next year will be 1389, all else the same. Pros: - office staff is super nice and helpful. - I almost never need to talk to the office staff - maintenance comes same day or next day 95% of the time. -apartments hold heat well (a little too well) - lots of natural light in my unit! - washer/dryer are normal sized, and in unit - the people in the community are nice, someone has only parked in my reserved spot twice. Once was when I was moving in (and I believe my unit had sat empty for a while). Cons: - can hear stairs from inside apartment - Holds heat really well, hard to cool down in summer - people use their garages for storage and donât park in them, and then park their second cars in the guest parking spots, making it essentially impossible to have guests over because thereâs no where for them to park. This one bothers me the most. - we are forced to have cable which is $100 a month and I donât use it; and the internet is mediocre at best. I love living here and am excited to stay here another year. Realistically itâs probably a 4.25 stars.
