I needed a spot for a year and choose Riverwalk simply based on location. Ended up being a great place, never had an issue with maintenance and the front desk staff were always incredibly friendly. Would easily stay here again.

Always get any maintenance requests completed within 1 or 2 days. My microwave was not heating my food anymore and I put in a maintenance request and they replaced my microwave with a brand new one same day! ??? . Friendly and efficient!

My wife and I just moved in so keep that in mind. The quality of these apartments is pretty high for the price range. Nice, clean, spacious apartments with plenty of amenities. Alicia (spelling?) in the office was terrific when giving us tours of the units and when helping us with our move-in. The reason for the three stars is because some of the office staff are not friendly at all and even act annoyed when you contact them AND they have given us wrong and/or incomplete information on at least two occasions I can think of. Also, there were a few times where we were sitting around wondering about the status of our move-in process but no one in the office staff was keeping us in the loop. We had to keep contacting them to get a status update. That was very frustrating and stressful!

These guys/gals are great! Came in super fast for maintenance even though it was an operator error. They make you feel like they have all the time in the world for you. Love them!

Not very satisfied. Me and my husband did go there to look at these apartments and we seen that they were advertising $600 off first months rent. We went there and asked about this promotion and I was told by the younger lady “ yeah I need to update that so we cannot offed it” .. we then asked if there was any type of offer and we were advised “no” still wanting to look at the apartments when going to see one of the “model” apartments.. the young lady brought up into a conversation we were having “ is not a people’s person and she isn’t sure on why she hates speaking to people” .. not very customer service friendly. Poor experience. Ended up finding a new apartment that offers first months rent FREE. Don’t waste your time.
