These guys/gals are great! Came in super fast for maintenance even though it was an operator error. They make you feel like they have all the time in the world for you. Love them!

I really enjoyed living at Riverwalk. The staff is awesome!

Not very satisfied. Me and my husband did go there to look at these apartments and we seen that they were advertising $600 off first months rent. We went there and asked about this promotion and I was told by the younger lady “ yeah I need to update that so we cannot offed it” .. we then asked if there was any type of offer and we were advised “no” still wanting to look at the apartments when going to see one of the “model” apartments.. the young lady brought up into a conversation we were having “ is not a people’s person and she isn’t sure on why she hates speaking to people” .. not very customer service friendly. Poor experience. Ended up finding a new apartment that offers first months rent FREE. Don’t waste your time.

Great location but parking is limited, clubhouse has limited availability making it a non benefit. Outdoor grill did not function well entire year of 2018. The apartment was very nice and spacious and my neighbors were polite and conscientious. Grass areas are constantly over watered.

Jared, the maintenance supervision always does a great job. He is quick, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Jared keeps the apartments looking brand new and all the tenants happy.
