They did a good job but but there is a puddle of water just outside our door he said if it showed up again let him know we have some sort of a prop Plumbing problem that needs to be taken care of please see that it is thank you

I would like to share our experience living at Riverwalk Apartments in Midvale, Utah. We lived there for a year prior to buying a home. I’d like to thank the staff there. Brooke, the office manager was always friendly and kind, as was Salena, the office consultant. Both staff went above and beyond to accommodate residents. Jared the grounds keeper and building maintenance staff did a fabulous job at maintaining and up keeping . Jared is friendly and funny, and makes any issue that needs to be fixed a top priority. Thank you all at Riverwalk. The Lebrun Family...

I would like to share our experience living at Riverwalk Apartments in Midvale, Utah. We lived there for a year prior to buying a home. I’d like to thank the staff there. Brooke, the office manager was always friendly and kind, as was Salena, the office consultant. Both staff went above and beyond to accommodate residents. Have lived here for about a month now. These guys were super friendly throughout the whole (very simple and straightforward) process of getting ready to move and since then. Even when I came in with a measuring tape to check size of apartment for our furniture and picked apart all the details of the place, they were very accommodating and patient with us :) Since we moved in, we've had zero problems and really like the community. It feels high class and safe. Payment process is also really convenient and nicely handled. Definitely recommending this place to anyone if the moving in and the first month are any indication of how it will keep going while we're here. Adding Comment now that we've lived here for almost 9 months... Still an awesome place to be. We are moving into another apartment in a few weeks (bigger since we have a baby now) and the process to get that done was really painless. The office team was really helpful throughout and always looking for ways to improve on our already good relationship/experience with them. We have loved our current apartment, everything still applying I said previously, and we look forward to the next one we'll be in :)

Just moved here and I love it. They gave us a sheet to inspect our own apartment to see if we had any damages or concerns. I work in construction so I understand and have seen how fast apartments are built. Subcontractors usually throw this kind of stuff together because the superintendents are super laid back so the painting or cabinets are all crappy or loose and stuff. It looks like they've made clean repairs to make up for that. Great place. The rent hurts but they provide a lot of features to give reason behind the price. The lease is like 56 pages but thats typical, READ THROUGH IT. its worth your time. Just installed new flooring. These apartments have been up for like 8 years. The park down the road is freaking legit, next to winco and has fast foods joints. Close to the freeway and cheap gas nearby.
