It saddens me that after living here for well over a year that I need to leave a review like this but the things going on here are unacceptable for the price you pay to live here. First, Iâd like to say that I havenât hated living here, and the apartments themselves are very nice, better than most in the area....but, the parking here is THE WORST! They absolutely need to increase the amount of parking spaces available for residents, itâs truly astonishing how minimal it is. Also, thereâs quite a few shady tenants with a TON of people living in their apartments, and it appears that drug deals are occurring frequently in multiple locations, this facility should be vetting their potential tenants better for a âLuxuryâ Apartment Complex. Not to mention the smell that comes off of the Jordanâs River Parkway is rancid and disgusting and they will not mention that to you when youâre thinking of renting here and will show you the model apartment thatâs much farther away from the smell, basically, donât sleep with your windows open. There are good things about the complex, and it wasnât always like this with the shady tenants and parking was better when I first started living here, but Iâm afraid that I will now be looking elsewhere, possibly to buy a place since rent is sooo expensive here ($1700 for a three bedroom). It would be nice it things changed back or even if more parking was added, but I doubt they will be doing that, it just seems to be getting worse and worse over time. We will see, since I will be here for at least a little longer. Hope this helps potential renters in deciding where to stay, and in itâs current state, I cannot recommend renting here. Rent a house instead, it will be cheaper and parking will definitely be better.
