One of the better places I have lived. The staff is kind, the location is great, the apartment themselves are well built and spacious. Most apartments will call themselves luxury apartments, but this place actually feels like it. Actually...this place feels more like home.

Beautiful mountain views, close to a park, golfing and shopping, very clean community, high quality apartments and amenities and the service is always there for you! I lived here for 5 years and highly recommend living at Riverwalk Apartments.

I have lived at Riverwalk for 2 years and i have loved it. The apartments are clean and updated, it makes you feel right at home. The management and maintenance has stayed the same since i moved here and they are all awesome. I havent had any maintenance requests since living here, but maintenance does an awesome job at keeping the grounds looking beautiful and well maintained. Sanela and brooke are very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. The prices may look high, but essentially you get what you pay for. The location is awesome, right next to the freeway and walking distance from the trax station, grocery shopping and topgolf. Being on the second floor, i was worried about being able to hear my upstairs neighbors, but i have never been disturbed by anyone. If you're looking for a safe, luxurious place, this place gets 5 stars. Overall, i'm really happy with my decision to live here.

Cockroaches from the first day we moved in. They never got rid of them the whole two years we lived there. Talked to other neighbors & apparently it's been an ongoing problem with river walk apts. They never spray the whole building, so they'll never get rid of them. They had about 5 different breeds when we left. The place just got more disgusting the longer we lived there because of the people they let move in. Plus there's people doing drugs, selling them, possibly making them & no one will do anything about it. This is not a safe or healthy place to live. I don't recommend it. My family developed many health problems while living there. Since moving we are all doing better. This place doesn't even deserve a one star rating.
