I recently sold my home and moved in to Riverwalk. I was nervous to transition into apartment living after having lived in a house for nearly 10 years, but Brooke and Jared made it easy! They found me the perfect location and apartment for me and my pup. I've really loved living at Riverwalk and would recommend it to anyone looking for upscale apartment living. Can't beat having attached garages, gorgeous views, great walking/running paths, and friendly management. :)

This place is excellent and I highly recommend. I have lived here much longer than I originally anticipated because it is clean and well maintained. Only needed maintenance a couple times as everything is in great condition. When needed they have been very prompt. Staff is very friendly and Brooke is the best apartment manager the world has ever known!

Neighbors don't respect quiet hours and the office manager doesn't do anything to enforce it. Garage doors are directly underneath the one bedroom apartments and if you're unlucky enough to have neighbors come and go at all hours, parking outside the garage and using their garage door like a front door, there's no getting a full night's sleep. The front office's solution is to "transfer to another unit but it may not be any better." My suggestion (and I'll put this here since the office never responds to my emails) is to enforce quiet hours. When you move in you are told there's no running your appliances during quiet hours (10pm-8am). The garage doors are noisier than the appliances in the apartments and while most people keep a reasonable schedule, our neighbor comes and goes anywhere between 330-530 am. There's no sleeping through the running of the garage door just like there would be no sleeping running the loud dishwasher in the middle of the night. I'm not loving this place and I understand now why it's one of the more affordable apartments out here. The apartments have nice layouts inside but it's not worth the noise and a management who does nothing about it.
