FYI: When you move in you'll be told (ask if you're not) that the carpets are new. They'll replace them (& take it out of your deposit/refund) regardless. Spent a few hours detailing the carpets only to receive the final bill stating that they were replaced (even though we'd left them in incredible condition and only lived there short-term) and that came out of our deposit return. Wasn't too pleased with that. Well maintained and pretty decent for the price. Management was strictly business (not overtly friendly, but not rude either. Icily professional is more like it. If not for the carpets (I'm more concerned about the amount of productivity [measured in time] I lost than the actual replacement) would rate at 4 (3.5 would be my final rating, but Google doesn't offer that option, so I'd round up). Don't put the time and effort into detailing your carpet in hopes for a full deposit return and you'll really enjoy yourself here.

This is probably the best apartment communities I have ever lived at. Its very clean and the staff is very polite and is very fast on all maintenance needs. The bedrooms as well as the closets are very large the kitchen has plenty of counter space and is very open. I loved this property I would defiantly move back. You wont regret moving in Brooke the Property Manager is absolutely AMAZING!

I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this one is by far the best. The staff is wonderful: they are always available and always willing to work with you. We have lived in both the one bedroom and the two bedroom homes. They are both very well built. They truly feel as though you have your own condo or even house, not just an apartment that 1,000 people have lived in before you. I have never had any issues, ever. Not with neighbors, noise, maintenance. Nothing. I highly recommend living here. I'm so sad we had to move out of state. Nothing compares to the Riverwalk.
