In short, its a nice place, but horrible fees that are way too much. As everyone says, the location of these apartments is great, the park and trails are amazing, and generally, the apartments are nice. I've lived in 2 different units over two years here and enjoyed both. The first unit was facing the parking lots and I found that to be quite noisey. The second unit was facing the river and was much quieter. Now the CONS: You will be charged so many fees on a monthly basis, and you're not going to see them until your 2-3rd month in. Upfront you'll get your base rent + $125 useless media package, and the internet really is as bad as everyone says. It is constantly going out and is with a company no one has ever even heard of. In addition to that, here is what a typical month of additional fees was like: + $18 Trash + $31.42 Water + $1.50 Street Lights + $32 Sewer + $27 "Real Estate" + $47.34 CAM Fee + $6 Service Fee + $ 14 PDLW... In reality living here is very expensive, you've got your base rent + about $300 in fees and then whatever your utility bills for gas and power are. If you're a pet owner there is a lot more for that as well. Finally, if you're thinking of month-to-month add another $300 fee to everything above.

Very good area for living Nice Neat Well maintained Pool Hot pool Gym All facilities are available here . Already living there and we have very good and satisfying experience so far... . Just have a look And Give it a try

They think of everything to charge you for! Donât move here if you want your rent to constantly change for silly reasons.

Nothing was done other than saying the thermostat was working properly. The biggest benefit was that the manual was left for me. I was able to reset the âEarly Startâ setting to get the proper temperature control.

I moved here from Las Vegas a year ago. I am very satisfied with the community. The neighbors are respectful and maintenence is always really quick to respond to our requests. I have been so happy here and the location is great. Just a minute or two from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, gas station, and the freeway.
