This apt complex has really come through to help us resolve some recent issues and we are super grateful for everything they did!! The front desk is always attentive to issues and maintenance is always quick to fix what needs to be done, and they are kind people. As for my overall experience, I really have loved living here for over 2 years. I love the bright large windows that bring in a lot of light, especially working from home, I spend a lot of time here and having a place that feels cozy is nice. This is a great, safe place to live right next to a large park and Jordan River trail.

I really loved my home at RiverWalk! My unit faced the Jordan River parkway and it was beautiful and peaceful. The office and maintenance always took care of any issues quickly. I loved my neighbors and it was bittersweet to leave.

Lived her 1.5 years, mixed experience overall. The units are good and the front office staff/maintenance team are genuinely hardworking and responsive. Its also a safe area close to the Jordan River. I wouldn't recommend living in units facing the parking areas due to noise, and the garage doors vibrate the buildings enough to wake you up if you live above them. They also don't do recycling at all. The 'media package' they REQUIRE you to buy is a complete scam at $125 per month on top of your base rent. Truly terrible internet service and a dish subscription that nobody cares about. Nothing but issues on a daily basis for that terrible internet, even hardwired, and I am thrilled to finally move and only have to pay $40 for actual reliable and fast connection. Oh and month to month is +$300 on top of your rent, even after living here for over a year. And it isn't even actually 'month to month' because they STILL require you to give a 60 day move out notice. My last apartment was +$50 and didn't require this 60 day nonsense. The management company that owns River Walk is simply greedy and fleecing its residents any chance it gets.

WATCH OUT for this place when you move out. The charges will blow you away. This was a nice location but I left my apartment in a cleaner condition than when I moved in, and I was charged a cleaning fee when I moved out. I also left the walls with just a few nail holes and was charged a complete repainting fee of $400. They will also get you with carpet replacement. I was charged for replacing carpet when I moved out, but when I moved in you could tell the carpet had been cleaned, but NOT replaced. I doubt they would even do it, but maybe if you got them to inspect your apartment before you give the keys back you would know what charges were coming. But they’re pretty secretive so I doubt they would do that.

Nothing but a great experience. The application process was fast and smooth thanks to Yuliya! We got a two bedroom, two bath, and a garage. Our place is nice and spacious at a great price! Repairs are always handled in a speedy timely manner.
