Great location, clean, walking path near by, loved it. Management and maintenance were great and professional, always responded timely. Yullia is wonderful and kind, very rare to find great service at a complex. I enjoyed my time there.

I spent 2 years here. It was a good experience overall. The place is quiet. Maintenance responds to requests quickly and they were incredibly polite. Management is easy to reach during the day which is nice. The location is right next to a very wide-open, great park. Internet can be a little slow at times.

So far so good. I just moved in a few days ago. Yuliya and Cesilia have been so nice! Our fireplace needed a quick fix and they came up less than an hour of telling them and fixed it. Coy and Jessie were great as well! This apartment is so spacious the master bedroom and living room are huge compared to some apartments Iâve toured. The area is great, tons of restaurants and stores nearby.

Overall, we enjoyed living here. The apartments are nice and the location is great. The office staff changed over the course of us living here. New staff is not friendly or understanding, especially the front desk. Pay close attention to cleaning charges upon move out. Charges listed in your lease are different from what they show you at notice-to-vacate signing which are different from what you actually get charged. Very rude staff. Snow removal needs some attention. Maintenance staff favors long, long-term tenants - very accommodating to them. Ignore the generic reply they post to this.

Management is terrible and so is their customer service. This place will find any way they can to screw you over and make changes to agreements etc. DO NOT EVER rent with Riverwalk Apartment Homes!
