Iâve had an exceptional experience from intro, to application, to move in date and since. The staff are personable and helpful. The area is well maintained and the maintenance team is responsive and delightful. The units are extremely quiet, and I even back up to the main road. The dog path along the river and adjacent park is a perk. Loving my experience thus far.

I moved in a month ago and have had a positive experience. I am in a first level 2 bed, 2 bath with attached one car garage. The first couple weeks we had some glitches and they addressed it in a timely manner. Rent is easy to pay online and the office support has been kind and attentive. I have a dog and appreciate the dog bags conveniently located throughout. Also the other dog owners have been respectful! The pool has been well maintained. I see people using the amenities which, to me, means they are well maintained and usable. The city park north of us is wonderful and the surrounding community uses it so I feel safe. I love being close to the Jordan River Trail since I go running - a major perk. The parking for guests has not been an issue. I haven't lived in a rental for over a decade and while I would make changes to meet my personal standards, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend that others live here as well. I'll update my review if this changes but this first month has made me happy that I chose this community. Note: Since I haven't lived in a rental, I am not used to hearing noises like people walking above me. I'm not sure if they are a larger person or it is simply built this way. I can hear rolling and walking around most of the time. I also hear laundry or plumbing. I am located near the main road so I would suggest a unit on the other side closer to the city park if that is an option. I woke up at 1:30am the other night due to loud cars driving by. It isn't happening every night but something to consider if that is important to you.

First apartment home we have moved into and the process was smooth and professional! Thank you Tiana for being informative with everything up front so we are aware of what to expect! You have been so professional with us and I appreciate that. This area is so nice clean and safe itâs also super convenient to stores the freeway and if you have kids itâs also convenient with the schools nearby. We have been here for a lil over a month and have enjoyed being here! Thank you Tiana!!

I have lived her for a little over 2 months with my husband and pets. Right from the start the ladies at the leasing office were amazing, welcoming, and kind. But I just had to share what happened tonight. I am clumsy, and dropped my house key into a small crevice in my car. Unable to obtain it without taking the interior apart. I called Riverwalk at 5:58 unsure if they could get me into my apartment with them closing at 6pm. Well Tiana came to the rescue. Even though they missed my first call, she promptly called me back. In a fluster I told her the situation, and she offered to stay late till I made it home from work to get me into my apartment. I canât express how appreciative I am. I drove home, and she met me with so much compassion and kindness. Tiana is just truly amazing. So thankful there are people like her in this world who show compassion, and kindness during moments like that. If you get the pleasure of working with her, she is amazing.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience living at Riverwalk. Tiana made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and her professionalism and knowledge have been exceptional. The property is always clean and well-maintained, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the resident app is easy to use. We also love the walking trail, dog waste stations, and the convenient location next to the Jordan River Trail. We were so happy with our experience that we recently signed a second lease and moved into a larger unit with Tiana's help. Riverwalk has truly been a comfortable place to call home, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed community.

If you donât get a unit with a garage and have two cars or like to have guests over, good luck finding ANY available parking. People with garages donât like to actually use their spaces and tend to take up the free ones or the work vehicles take up spaces for day at a time. It can be frustrating to have to your friends or partner walk across the entire complex because there was no parking.
