I, generally, hold my reviews to make sure great service is sustained and not just a pleasantry as you come through the door of a complex. I can say, with no reservations, that this place is awesome! Consider that I went through my application, lease and move-in during the ’rona pandemic and you’ll understand that they definitely have their stuff together here. The staff and they’re attitude towards their residents makes all the difference. Alicia is a saint and was there to answer my million questions and concerns from the first day. To keep this brief, we ran into a small problem with an appliance at move-in and the response was overwhelming (appliances replaced, clean up done, customer happy...). The maintenance team is the best - it’s great to live somewhere that you’re happy to see the crew!!! It’s been a true pleasure living here and we’re looking forward to a long future.

Really great move in experience. The staff and maintenance crew were quick to fix the minimal amount of things that were needed in our apartment. The view is great here, the apartments are excellent, and the amenities are all clean and great to use. All in all, a top notch experience so far with zero complaints!

I have no reservations giving Riverwalk five stars. We lived there for a little over a year and had nothing but positive experiences. Excellent management, nice apartments, playgrounds for kids, awesome location (10-15 mins from downtown SLC, 3 mins from tons of good food, and 2 mins walking to the Jordan River Parkway Trail), clean pool/spa, etc. Seriously, I would recommend this place to anyone. And the price is beyond fair for what you’re getting— I looked at a lotttt of apartments before finding Riverwalk, and was blown away by how comparatively inexpensive the rent is. Three cheers for Riverwalk!
